This workshop series is intended to enhance mental and emotional well-being through therapeutic movements, breathing techniques, mindfulness practices and sound integration. With the purpose of strengthening the mind-body connection through focused awareness and observing sensations we can promote more clarity and emotional regulation.
Each session builds upon the last, however if you miss one you will still receive what is needed from an individual session. You will experience a sense of calm and stress relief while releasing excess energy that is creating overwhelm for the mind and body. We look forward to having you!
